We do not declare or guarantee that the Application (including any related data) will not be interrupted, available at any specific time, or free from errors. Furthermore, we do not guarantee that errors in the Application are correctable or will be corrected.

2. DISCLAIMER ABOUT INFORMATION ACCURACY

Please be aware that we rely on third-party sources to obtain information about certain digital tokens listed on the Application, and we have the right to independently decide to select, modify, and delete any third-party information sources. Digital token information, including token prices, currently comes from third-party sources such as coingecko.com. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or reliability of any digital token information on the Application. Before trading any digital tokens on the Application, you are obligated to gather sufficient information and fully understand the situation.

3. PAYMENTS AND FEES

Any transactions involving the use of underlying blockchain technology or other decentralized or permissioned infrastructure ("Distributed Ledger Technology") may require you to pay fees for the required computing resources.

ICPEx reserves the right to charge you for using the application and to adjust pricing at any time. If such fees are charged, we will notify you of the fees and pricing when you authorize the transaction.

You acknowledge and agree that ICPEx cannot control any Distributed Ledger Technology transactions, any payment method for fees, or any actual fees paid. Therefore, you must ensure that you have sufficient balances of applicable Distributed Ledger Technology network tokens stored in your Distributed Ledger Technology compatible wallet address ("Distributed Ledger Technology Address") to complete any transactions on the Distributed Ledger Technology before initiating such transactions.

4. CUSTODY AND CONTROL OF DIGITAL TOKENS

You are always in complete control of the digital tokens in your digital wallet, and we do not store your digital tokens nor have access to or retain your digital wallet's electronic private key. As the owner and custodian of the digital tokens in your digital wallet, you assume all risks associated with the loss of such digital tokens.

Please be advised that ICPEx is not registered or licensed by any financial regulatory agency such as the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission, or Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, and the application has not been reviewed or approved by any financial regulatory agency. Furthermore, please note that ICPEx does not provide any investment advice or commodity trading advice to anyone, and the content of the application does not constitute any opinion or recommendation regarding any commodity, security, or other asset.

5. RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH DIGITAL TOKENS

By accessing and using this application, you acknowledge that you understand the inherent risks associated with using blockchain-based systems and the complexity of digital tokens. ICPEx does not control the underlying software protocols for any digital tokens accessible on the app. You agree that we are not responsible for the operation, functionality, or security of the underlying protocols, and we will not be liable for any token value losses that you may incur due to any changes or malfunctions in the underlying protocols.

Furthermore, you understand that these digital tokens are subject to significant market volatility and associated risks, including (but not limited to) risks related to adoption, speculation, technology, security, and regulation. You acknowledge that the costs and speed of trading using blockchain-based systems are variable. You understand and agree that you assume full responsibility for all risks associated with accessing and using the application and interacting with the blockchain, and you agree that ICPEx will not be responsible for any losses you may suffer due to these risks.

You should be aware that anyone can create tokens on blockchain systems such as ICP. We make no representations regarding the nature, quality, or legal classification of tokens or related projects. You are responsible for conducting your own research and ensuring that you can legally use the token for trading in your jurisdiction of residence.
